Mid-level RPA Developer

Job Description

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and evolve automation robots using Python and RPA tools;
• Analyze and map business processes to identify automation opportunities;
• Create scalable, reusable, and well-documented solutions;
• Perform integrations with internal and external systems via APIs;
• Manipulate and process data using libraries such as Pandas;
• Automate web and desktop applications using Selenium, PyAutoGUI, and PyWinAuto;
• Act on correcting failures, continuous improvements, and performance optimization of robots;
• Provide technical support to junior developers and participate in code reviews;
• Work together with business areas to understand requirements and validate solutions;

Required Skills

Essential Requirements

• Solid experience in Python development;
• Proven experience with RPA (Robotic Process Automation);
• Practical knowledge of the following libraries:
  • Pandas
  • Selenium
  • PyWinAuto
  • PyAutoGUI
• Experience with code versioning (Git).

Desirable Requirements

• Experience in documenting processes and automations (flowcharts, technical and functional manuals);
• Knowledge in SQL for querying and manipulating data;
• Experience in consuming and creating REST APIs;
• Knowledge in RPA orchestrators or schedulers;
• Experience with Windows Server environments and virtualization.
