Algorithm Engineer

Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the core algorithm design and implementation of AI Agents: task planning/decomposition, tool selection, execution control, reflection and quality feedback, multi-agent collaboration, etc.

2. Agent orchestration and collaboration: design and implement complex agent collaboration and task orchestration based on frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, DeepAgents, and build workflows such as Workflow and Autoflow.

3. Build and improve the evaluation system and dataset for agent application effectiveness, analyze BadCases in depth, accurately locate model or strategy bottlenecks, and propose optimization solutions.

4. RAG system development: construct and optimize retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems, address AgenticRAG challenges, and integrate capabilities such as web search and multimodal knowledge bases.

5. Experience in application development under frameworks like LangChain/Diry, able to leverage these frameworks' advantages to significantly enhance the development efficiency and quality of AI large models, promoting efficient project implementation.

Job Requirements

1. Master's degree or above from a recognized institution, with more than 2 years of experience in large models, algorithms, or AI-related work (exception for outstanding candidates).

2. Familiar with LLM and multimodal large model principles, understanding CV, Transformer, GPT/LLaMA, VL models, and related technologies.

3. Proficient in Python/C++ programming languages with solid coding engineering skills; familiar with API calls of mainstream large models (e.g., GPT, Qwen).

4. Experience in agent development, familiar with concepts and principles related to Function Call, RAG, LangGraph, ReAct, etc.

5. Experience with vector databases (e.g., Milvus, Chroma, Weaviate), familiar with the RAG technology system, capable of independently completing the integration of knowledge bases and model capabilities.

6. Good team collaboration spirit and communication skills. Possess a positive learning attitude and strong self-motivation, responsible and diligent in work.
